      My name is Jim. I am retired and enjoy obtaining and selling antique and collectible postcards as a HOBBY. I scan and send postcards weekly. Normally I send 9 or 10 cards each week. I have been doing this since about xxxx. I currently send to 140 people in 21 counties. I am asking for your permission to send some cards that I have scanned about once a week.
